Some of our items will have a Minimum Advertised Price (MAP) shown on the product page. Our customers will need to follow this price when listing the item for sale. We also have Manufacturer Suggested Retail Price (MSRP) which is a good guideline for pricing.

We supply a mass variety of retail & wholesale businesses. We accept orders from most businesses, as long as they can prove to be one.
Placing order is very easy on our site. Navigate our products and categories around the site, and add them to your shopping cart. Once we receive your order we will contact you with a price quote, after payment arrangements products will be shipped to you.
To place an order for preorder items navigate to our Preorders page, and add the items you would like to preorder to your quote. Once you submit the quote order you will receive an automated confirmation, but there will be no secondary confirmation from a sales representative. Once the item arrives, you will receive an email with further instruction.
**Please note that orders containing preorder items will be treated entirely as a preorder. Please place a separate order for available items that you want to pick up or have shipped as soon as possible.**
For new items you can click on New Arrivals on the main menu.
Restocked items will be shown at the top of the All Products page alongside new and preorder products.

The minimum order is $500.00 USD mix and match.
We currently do not provide drop shipping for any orders.
We do not have any printed catalogs, due to constant changes in products. We have up to 100 new products per week, and believe that having our catalog online is a better fit for us.
When orders are placed, our sales department will go over your order and send you a confirmation. This could take 3-5 days or more during peak season. Once payment is received, the order will ship within 24-hours.
When packages delivered to you are damaged, please have the driver note on the bill of lading that there were X number of damaged packages. Once that is done, please take pictures of the damaged packages, and email them to your sales representative. M & J Toys Inc., will then process a claim with the carrier, once the claim is approved. We will ship out a replacement for the damaged product.
If you receive the wrong item in your order, please do not reject or send it back to us. Please email [email protected] and we will do our best to help you.
We ship worldwide, but for certain products there are policies in place that will make that impossible. Please inquire with your sales representative.
We do accept preorders for future products. Please note that any cancellation would result in a 20% cancellation fee.
If there is a product that you want, but we don’t carry. We could order it for you if a 30% non-refundable deposit is placed. Special orders must be placed in full-case quantities also. Please email a sales representative or give us a call to place a special order.
We offer discounts based on volume and order frequency. Please speak with a sales representative to get more details.
