As much as we would love to give you everything that you ordered, we sometimes do not receive everything that we order from the manufacturer or factories. We cannot guarantee that you will receive your full order, so please do not depend on it. We will do our best, but some things are out of our control.

Assortments subject to change without further notice:

There are times when the manufacturer or factory will give us an assortment breakdown for products. Although there is a slim chance that this may occur, the actual assortment may be different than what was originally expected. This is something decided by the manufacturer, and is out of our control. We cannot guarantee the case assortments, so please do not depend solely on information given before the product is released. We will try our best to update customers when we notice a change.

Q: Does M & J Toys Inc. offer any discounts?

We offer discounts based on volume and order frequency. Please speak with your representative to get more details.

Q: What are the sizes of the vehicles?
Q: Do we take special orders for products that we don't normally carry?

If there is a product that you want, but we don't carry. We could order it for you if a 30% non-refundable deposit is placed. Special orders must be placed in full-case quantities also.

Q: Do we take pre-orders for future items?

We do take pre-orders or reservations on future products, but any cancellation would result in a 20% cancellation fee.

Q: Does M & J Toys Inc. ship internationally?

We ship worldwide, but for certain products there are policies in place that will make that impossible. Please inquire with your sales representative.

Q: What if you receive the wrong item in your order?

If you receive the wrong item in your order, please do not reject or send it back to us. Please contact one of our customer service representatives and they will assist you with your issue.

Q: What if you receive damaged packaging?

When packages delivered to you are damaged, please have the driver note on the bill of lading that there were X amount of damaged packages. Once that is done, please take pictures of the damaged packages, and email them to your sales representative. M & J Toys Inc., will then process a claim with the carrier, once the claim is approved. We will ship out a replacement for the damaged product.

Q: What is the turn around time for shipment after an order is placed?

When orders are placed, our sales department will go over your order and send you a confirmation. Once payment is received, the order will ship within 24-hours.

Q: Do we have a printed catalog to give out to customers?

We do not have any printed catalogs, due to constant changes in products. We have up to 100 new products per week, and believe that having our catalog online would be a better fit for us.

Q: Do we drop ship?

We only drop ship wholesale orders of $300.00 or more, with a fee. We do not drop ship for e-tailers that do not hold any of their own stock.
