Terms & Conditions of Sale:

 

1.  M & J Toys wholesales to businesses only.  All California customers are required to complete & sign the California State Resale License upon registering; customers must include a copy of the resale number.
    
2.  Our minimum order is $300, or a minimum quantity which ever is greater.
    
3. We offer discounts for volume and full case purchases.  Please send in your first order to get an accurate discount offer set up.
    
4. M & J Toys Open accounts to distributors only.
   
      4. Please submit the following information:
   
   .  A purchase order reaching $1,000 with a minimum of full case quantities per item.
   
          .  A completed and signed credit application (a form will be sent once a request to open an account is made; our Credit Department will review your application along with your order and will determine if you  qualify for Net 30,  ROG net 10 terms. Some restrictions may apply).
    
5. All prices are F.O.B. M & J Toys Los Angeles warehouse.
   Prices are subject to change without notice.   (Please review the sales order confirmation for the current pricing at the time of purchase.)
    
6. Payment methods can be: prepaid, cash, money order, cashier’s check, Pay Pal, credit card, or wire transfer. A credit card payment will require a valid I.D & is subject to verification. Other restrictions may apply.
    
7. Shipping:
   
   Customers will be responsible for all the freight charges shipping from M & J Toy’s location. M& J Toys will attempt to ship by the most economical carrier. Customers may arrange to pick up at our Los Angeles warehouse, or schedule their own carrier. Customers will be responsible for any freight bills disputed by the Carrier.
    
8. Defective or shortage from shipments received. Please count and examine your shipments for any damages or shortages caused by the carriers,
   you are required to indicate any damages/shortages on the freight bill before signing it and returning it to the driver. Otherwise all claims will be denied. 
   All approved claims will receive an in store credit, exchange or refund by company check. We do not process credit card refunds.
    
9. Returns will only be accepted with prior written authorization by our sales staff.  Customers will be responsible for round trip freight unless; it was a mistake made by M&J Toys.
    
10. Refusal and Cancellations.  Customers will be billed a $75 minimum or 20% restocking fee of the full order amount (which ever is greater) for cancelling or refusing the order after confirmation has been processed.
     
11. Pre-order & special order item.
    
    Customers will no be required to make any deposits for pre-order items, but order must be paid in full when shipments arrives. Once the merchandise arrives no deductions or cancellations will be accepted, otherwise your account will be prohibited from making future pre-orders.  Customers are required to make a 20% deposit for special order items. No refunds or cancellations will be accepted on special order items
